Community Heart and Soul is a resident-driven process, a tool that engages the entire population of a the Great Falls Community by identifying what they love the most about our community, what  future we want for it, and how we can together achieve it. 

Great Falls Community Heart & Soul seeks to help people in the Great Falls Community by working to shape a better future initiated through community wide conversations; by seeking the communities opinions and collective wisdom through these community wide dialogues; to eventually establish the  Great Falls proclamation's established by a global decision-making that translates our  shared sense of belonging, and  can ultimately strengthen the social, cultural, and economic vibrancy of our communities.
